When payment is due

Avansul se achită la confirmarea rezervării. Diferența de plată și garanția se achită la preluarea autoturismului, conform condițiilor rezervării. | The deposit is paid upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance and the security deposit are paid at vehicle pick-up, according to the reservation conditions. | Die Anzahlung wird bei der Reservierungsbestätigung gezahlt. Der Restbetrag und die Kaution werden bei der Fahrzeugübernahme gemäß den Reservierungsbedingungen gezahlt.

Failed payments

If a payment cannot be processed, the reservation remains an unconfirmed request until payment is made, where payment is a configured condition.

Refunds

În cazul anulării în condițiile prevăzute în politica de anulare, sumele eligibile pentru rambursare se restituie prin aceeași metodă de plată utilizată de client. Garanția se restituie după returnarea autoturismului și verificarea acestuia, dacă nu există daune, costuri suplimentare sau alte obligații contractuale. | In case of cancellation under the conditions of the cancellation policy, amounts eligible for refund are returned via the same payment method used by the customer. The deposit is refunded after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there is no damage, additional costs or other contractual obligations. | Bei Stornierung gemäß den Stornobedingungen werden erstattungsfähige Beträge über dieselbe Zahlungsmethode zurück erstattet, die der Kunde verwendet hat. Die Kaution wird nach Rückgabe und Überprüfung des Fahrzeugs zurückerstattet, sofern keine Schäden, zusätzlichen Kosten oder anderen vertraglichen Verpflichtungen vorliegen.
