Cancellation Policy

The applicable cancellation conditions are configured by the Company and displayed before a reservation request is submitted and before any payment.

Currently configured rules

Anularea cu minimum 48 de ore înainte de ora preluării este gratuită. Pentru anulările efectuate cu mai puțin de 48 de ore înainte sau în cazul neprezentării, avansul poate fi nerambursabil. | Cancellation at least 48 hours before the pick-up time is free of charge. For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the deposit may be non-refundable. | Eine Stornierung mindestens 48 Stunden vor der Abholzeit ist kostenlos. Bei Stornierungen weniger als 48 Stunden im Voraus oder bei Nichterscheinen kann die Anzahlung nicht erstattungsfähig sein.

• Cancelling an unconfirmed reservation request is free of charge.
• Any cancellation fee, no-show fee or partial refund rule applies only if expressly configured above and communicated before booking.
• The cancellation policy is distinct from the statutory right of withdrawal, described on the dedicated page.
